Every year, the CEO of BOG, Kayode Thomas, meets and chats with individual staff and in groups to get a direct feel of what their challenges have been and to understand their expectations from the company. 2016 was not an exception as the CEO met with every staff member in the ‘’30 Minutes With KT” sessions.
The sessions provided staff with the opportunity to air their concerns to the CEO and is a very crucial direct feedback mechanism the company employs in determining employee mood.
Starting with head office in Lagos, the CEO met with employees of each department and from there moved on to the Port Harcourt office where he had sessions with all employees by their departments.
The exercise proved very fruitful as a lot of concerns were highlighted, just as the opportunities that lie ahead were equally enumerated.
