In line with the company’s goal to continually ensure operational effectiveness, the Human Resources Unit kick-started the 2016 Financial Year End Appraisal process. The process commenced on the 8th of February 2017 in the Lagos Office, with a kick off session with the appraisals panelists. The appraisals covered the period March 2016 to February 2017.
At the end of the appraisals, thirteen staff members were promoted to new grades while 18 staff members were promoted to higher levels within their current grades.
The Human Resources Manager, Mrs. Jessy Eni, congratulated all those who were promoted and urged them to keep the flag flying. She also charged those who did not get a promotion to challenge themselves as the company moves into the 2017 Financial Year.
