For over 13 years, the Practical Nigerian Content (PNC) has served as a pivotal platform for connecting stakeholders across the oil and gas value chain. By fostering innovation, engagement, and strategic discussions, the forum has become the cornerstone for shaping the future of Nigerian content development.
This year’s PNC Forum, themed “Purposeful Investments and Transformative Strategies,” which took place at the Nigerian Content Towers, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State on the 2nd – 5th of December 2024. It was set to tackle the challenges and opportunities within the energy landscape. It identifies gaps, aligns stakeholder visions, and accelerates impactful initiatives to strengthen Nigerian content. Bell Oil & Gas (BOG), as a pioneer and advocate for local content, was proudly represented by our CEO, Dr. Kayode Thomas and General Manager of Business Development and Supply Chain, Mrs Yemi Gbeja. Their participation emphasizes our commitment to leading conversations that define the future of Nigerian content development.
At BOG, our vision is clear: to be the reference point for true local content development in the oil and gas industry. This aligns seamlessly with PNC’s objectives of building a robust local content ecosystem while fostering innovation and sustainability.
We believe in empowering indigenous businesses, promoting capacity development, and ensuring energy planning aligns with both local and global standards. Our investments in transformative projects, such as the recently commissioned Evolution Plant for Valve Asset Management, OCTG Threading and Composite Pipe System, highlight our dedication to advancing local content capacity.
