The friendly reception from all members of staff.
What are your career ambitions, and what steps have you taken to accomplish those goals?
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement to become an expert in the industry. After joining BOG, I was inspired to continue my education, and I took on several professional courses.
How has the company contributed to your development in the last 15 years?
BOG has added value to my life in terms of training, in-house and external training on the job, which has enabled me to relate effectively with people and family at large.
How have the BOG values affected your personal/ private life?
BOG core values have shaped my life in terms of office ethics and how to pattern my life, and relate effectively with people. BOG core valve has taught me to be loyal and committed to the people around me in value addition. BOG’s core values have helped me to trust and foster a sense of stability wherever I find myself.
What are your most notable accomplishments over the years?

·Delivery of GRE pipes and fittings to Alcon/AGPC Asa Imo state 2022
·Delivery of GRVE pipes and fitting to Saipem train 7 project 2023
·Technical training on operations and maintenance of IR Rotary screw compressor at Mobil 2022

Who do you admire most at BOG? Tell us why
There are a few individuals I greatly admire at BOG — Kayode Thomas (KT), Yemi Gbeja (YG), and Ebi Dike (ED).
KT’s determination and results-driven approach inspire me deeply. Even in the face of industry challenges, he remains focused and never lets difficult conditions weigh him down.
I admire YG for her exceptional management style and the expertise she brings to the team. I also find it commendable how she balances her demanding work schedule with her responsibilities at home.
ED’s unwavering commitment to professionalism is something I truly respect and aspire to emulate.
What are some of your fondest memories over the past 15 years?
One of my fondest memories of the past 15 years in BOG was the 2011 BOG anniversary, where all staff in Port Harcourt were flown to Lagos. Secondly, the 2024 end-of-year party at the Port Harcourt office.
Overall, how would you describe your experience in the last ten years?
It’s been an awesome experience for the past 15 years in BOG, and it has provided me with the opportunity to take up more tasks.
