Did you think you would be here for 20 years when you first started?
Honestly, no. I didn’t think I would be here for 20 years when I first started. However, the good treatment, supportive environment, and favourable working conditions at BOG made it easy for me to stay and grow with the company.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned at BOG is the value of maintaining good working relationships—both with my superiors and my colleagues. Building mutual respect and effective communication has made my work more productive and fulfilling.

People development and team spirit.
If you could go back in time, what advice would you give your younger self at the start of your BOG journey?
I would tell my younger self to stay focused, be patient, and give the job a real chance to prove its value. With time, dedication, and consistency, the rewards and growth will follow.
Looking back, what are you most grateful for in your 20-year journey with BOG?
Looking back, I’m most grateful for BOG’s unwavering commitment to staff welfare. The company has consistently prioritised the well-being of its employees and has never defaulted in paying salaries. That level of reliability and care means a lot.
