We have now completed the set-up of our ultra-modern Valve Assembly Plant situated in Lekki Free Zone, the first of its kind in Lagos State.

Equipment, capable of assembling, testing, certifying, and painting a range of valves including, gate, globe, check, ball, safety, and control valves from 2 inches to 24 inches have now been installed in the plant.

The plant also comprises a pressure paint booth with inhouse grit blasting (both, ferrous and non-ferrous) and humidity-controlled ovens. We have in-house painting experts capable of meeting a wide spectrum of customer specifications ranging from single coat systems to complex and crucial multi-coat epoxy and polyurethane systems for offshore environments in terms of quality, timeliness, cost/value for money within the oil and gas industry and other industries anywhere in the country.

A mobile valve maintenance and testing workshop has also been set up to meet the needs of clients in the energy industry and the general industry anywhere in the country.

BOG also empowered its valve engineers by putting them through a sandblasting and painting equipment training to have a deeper knowledge and understanding of the usage of the painting and blasting unit recently installed at the plant. The training was completed on April 18th. The next phase of the sandblasting and painting training will commence in the first week of August in Italy.

BOG has a team of experts who specialize in diverse painting and blasting techniques that support the BOG team.

The establishment of BOG’s ultra-modern valve assembly and OCTG/pipe threading facility is tagged Project Evolution, a reference to BOG evolving into a leading indigenous oilfield procurement, fabrication, installation and maintenance powerhouse.
