As part of efforts to build a motivated work force, every year, Bell Oil & Gas identifies, recognizes and rewards outstanding staff. The awards are;
EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR (EOY) AWARD: This award is given to an employee that carried out his/her duties relentlessly, showed commitment and dedication to duty and has gone the extra mile to exceed set objectives. The award consists a plaque and cash prize. The winner is determined by the management committee and it takes place once in a year. All employees, exclusive of the management team are eligible for this award.

MOST INNOVATIVE EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR AWARD: This is awarded to the employee that has demonstrated a high level of innovation on his/her job and has been able to find ways of doing things in a better way. The award, like the EOY award consists of a cash prize and a plaque. The winner this year is Chinedu Osasa.

THE BOG AMBASSADOR AWARD: This is a newly introduced award category. The Bell Ambassador is any staff that distinguished him/herself in the course of the year by living the values of Bell Oil and also exhibiting the attributes of the Bell Person. The award is a cash prize. The winners are determined by the management committee. All employees, exclusive of the management team are eligible for this award. This year, two winners emerged;
